At The Bleu Magnolia, every order is thoughtfully created and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely to you.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5–14 business days for production, depending on the item and order volume.
Custom and wedding stationery timelines will vary and will be communicated during the design process.

Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx. Shipping speed options will be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, The Bleu Magnolia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once your order has left our hands.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

The Bleu Magnolia takes great care in packaging each order securely. However, once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Lost
  • Marked as delivered but not received

You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping provider (such as USPS or FedEx). We are happy to assist you with any information needed to support your claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Bleu Magnolia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

If local pickup is offered, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup details will be provided at that time.
