Invitation Suite Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing The Bleu Magnolia to be part of your special day. Please review the following policies carefully before confirming your order. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth design process for both parties.
1. Payment Policy
Full payment is preferred at the time of booking. However, if needed, a minimum of 50% of the total invoice may be paid to secure your order. Work will not begin until the required payment has been received. Final files and print production will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
2. Non‑Negotiable Design Fee
All custom wedding suite orders require a non‑refundable $50 design fee. This fee covers creative time, concept development, and proof preparation. This fee is required before any proofs or mockups are created.
3. Proof & Revision Policy
Each wedding suite includes up to 4 total proofs. Proofs include any design revisions, layout changes, wording edits, or visual adjustments.
After the 4 included proofs, any additional proofs or redesign requests will incur a $10 fee per proof.
4. Proof Approval Responsibility
Once a proof is marked as FINAL APPROVED by the client, it is considered production‑ready.
By approving your final proof, you confirm that:

Dates and times

Names
-
Addresses
-
Design details
are correct.
Changes requested after final approval will require:

A reprint fee

A rush fee (if needed for timeline)
No exceptions can be made once files have been approved and sent to production.
5. Rush Orders
Rush fees vary depending on production timeline, materials, and schedule availability. Rush pricing is determined on a case‑by‑case basis and must be approved before work begins.
6. Usage Rights & Design Ownership
All custom artwork, invitation suites, and crests created by The Bleu Magnolia are licensed to you for personal use only.
You are welcome to use your design for personal wedding‑related items and keepsakes. However:

Designs may not be redistributed

Designs may not be claimed as your own work

Designs may not be altered and sold in any format
The Bleu Magnolia retains the right to display created designs in portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and professional showcases.
7. Communication Policy
All communication regarding wedding suites must be conducted via email only. This ensures accuracy, proper documentation of details, and clear approval records. The Bleu Magnolia is not responsible for information given through other communication platforms.
8. Guest List Responsibility
When a guest list is submitted, The Bleu Magnolia uses the exact spelling, formatting, and information provided. Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing their guest list before sending it.
The Bleu Magnolia is not responsible for errors provided in client‑submitted lists and will not reprint orders due to spelling mistakes, incorrect addresses, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
9. Production Timeline
Production timelines begin only after final proof approval and all required payments have been received. Delays in approvals, responses, or submitted materials may affect delivery dates and production schedules.
10. Color Variation Disclaimer
Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to differences in monitor displays, printer settings, ink batches, and paper types. Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
11. Materials Availability
In the event selected paper stocks, envelopes, or specialty materials become unavailable, The Bleu Magnolia reserves the right to substitute comparable materials of equal quality and similar appearance.
12. Shipping Liability
The Bleu Magnolia is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by postal carriers or delivery services once orders have been dispatched.
13. Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of all designs, payments made are non‑refundable once design work has begun.
14. Force Majeure
The Bleu Magnolia is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, supply shortages, equipment failure, or shipping disruptions.
15. Right to Refuse Service
The Bleu Magnolia reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate conduct, misuse of designs, violation of policies, or failure to comply with agreed terms.
16. Project Abandonment
If client communication ceases for more than 14 days during an active project, the order will be considered abandoned. Reinstating the project may require a restart fee and updated production timeline.
17. Late Payment Fee
Any unpaid balances not received by the agreed due date may be subject to a late fee. Orders will not proceed to printing or delivery until payment is completed.
